Andrea's Bridal was fantastic to me! Ashley was the salesgirl that I worked with through the whole process. She knew exactly what I was looking for and every dress I tried on just got better and better. She knew exactly what I was looking for and every dress I tried on just got better and better. She saved the best for last and it was the one. absolutely loved her! If I ever needed to come by without an appointment, ...they were always helpful and accommodating with my requests. My two bridesmaids and flower girls dresses also came from Andrea's and the process of picking them out and getting them in was a piece of cake. My own dress came in quickly and they called me right away to let me come in for the fitting. They dropped off and picked up my dress from the tailor across the street, and had it steamed and waiting for me the day before my wedding. They gave me great instruction on how to handle the dress so it wouldn't wrinkle etc. I highly recommend them to everyone. One of my best friends got her dress from their shortly after I got married. I went with her to her appointments and they treated her wonderfully as well.

The customer serviceI received at Andrea’s Bridal was second to none. The dress was also in my price range. When I went back with my mother, aunt, and to be mother-in-law to narrow it down the owner, Julia, introduced herself. When I went back a couple of weekends later with one of my bridesmaids to show the dress to her, Julia instantly recognized me and pulled my dress from the rack for me—even though they were crazy busy. I can not say enough about my experience at Andrea's. I have 5 sisters and have been in numerous weddings, and I have never received the excellent customer service that I did here. I had gone to David's Bridal and was talked into a god awful dress that they convinced me (aka high pressure sale) was "the one." I was in tears the next day, knowing that wasn't the dress for me. I called Andrea's and when I got there it was like a breath of fresh air! Julia was absolutely amazing and extremely honest about what she thought was flattering and what wasn't. You could tell she didn't care about making the sale, but that the most important thing was that you felt like a queen on your wedding day. I ended up taking 2-4 hours trying on all of the dresses. She was extremely patient with me and my indecision, but also with my opinionated sisters who were pulling dress after dress. She still kept me her main focus staying in communication with me the entire time about what I liked and didn't like and adhering to it. By the end of the appointmentI felt like she was my 8th bridesmaid because she fit right in with my family and made the appointment so fun and exciting the whole time! We went back for the bridesmaids dresses and she was just as enthusiastic as she was for the bridal gown. Even now that my wedding has past I am more than thrilled with my decision for my dress and my decision to go to Andrea's. The entire staff is fabulous and I recommend them to everyone I know!

My daughter and I had visited 2 other bridal shops before our visit to Andrea's in early spring. I went to Andrea's a few weeks ago with my daughter in hopes of finding her perfect wedding gown and were successful. Our consultant Ashley was fabulous-very patient, helpful and supportive of my daughter's budget. Would recommend Andrea's to everyone –– a much more personal experience vs a chain store.

So I first went to Andrea's on a sample sale day, and we bought my sister's MOH dress for $29!!! It was gorgeous. I went back the next month for a dress appointment, and the sales associates there were so down-to-earth and friendly. They worked with me to find the perfect dress, and the dress I bought was on their recommendation -- I probably wouldn't have picked it off the rack myself. It was vintage and textured and elegant and exactly what I had dreamed of. The staff was very knowledgeable, and they made me feel totally comfortable in a very nerve-wracking situation for me. I loved their fitting area as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Andrea's.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Andrea's Bridal. I had two appointments with them before I bought my dress at their sample sale. Ashley and Julia were helpful and extremely pleasant. I highly recommend them. You will have a positive dress buying experience with them!

I want you to know that your store is incredibly special. You have wonderful people working for you and the experience is quite unique in comparison to the other stores I went to. In the other stores, the shops were not as organized and didn't have a vast selection--and all their sample dresses were so small. I had to cram my curves into size 8 and 10s and it was an awful experience. I felt overweight and it took away from my special day of dress shopping with my mom and grandma. You really know how to make a woman feel beautiful -- and that's how each one of us should get to feel when we shop for a dress. Thank you so much for carrying bigger sample sizes in your store. You were such a delight to work with and I felt beautiful in every dress I tried on.

I went to 3 bridal salons when I was looking for my dress and started and ended at Andrea's. They were super helpful and accommodating -- I tried on a billion dresses since I had no idea what style I would eventually end up with. The owner even stayed late one night to help me choose a dress because I wanted to purchase it before I moved to another state. Great people!

I would like to thank Andrea's bridal for their personalized service. I was having a hard time choosing between two of my favorite dresses and Julia offered to have me come in to try the two dresses again on a day that the store was closed.
